Ford Cortina 1.6L with only 81000 miles and 6 previous owners from new. This car was used regularly until 1998 it seems then was stored for 20 years till 2018. We have all the Mots from its first Mot till 1998. We have the V5, two sets of keys and the original handbooks. There are a few receipts for work done when it was put back on the road in 2018. The car drives lovely and is a really tidy survivor car.

 

Body - Solid looking old car. Had a couple of very minor repairs in the past but all solid and tidy underneath. Paintwork is nice and tidy, panel gaps are good. Very honest looking old car. Small rubthrough on scuttle panel on paint. Possibly had a repair on both wingtops. Overall the car looks and sits very well. Its a cracking useable example which would sit happily at any show. You wouldnt win first price but very presentable.

 

Mechanics - All standard. Engine is very quiet, starts first turn. Manual choke fitted. Car runs and drives very well with no nasty clunks or noises. Everything is standard and as it should be.

 

Interior - Again all standard and in very tidy order. No nasty rips or tears. 

 

Wheels - Been upgraded at some point to a set of tidy road sports wheels with good tyres
