1983 Ford Capri 2.8i. Car has done 136000 miles, has had 6 previous owners.  Its currently motd till March 2023 and starts runs and drives very well. We have the V5, keys and the current MOT. Its a good solid useable car with a little bit  room for improvement

 

Body - 2.8 shell with additional strengthening from standard models. Underneath the car is very good. Its had repairs to rear chassis legs in the past but otherwise all looks original and is still really solid. Looks like the cars original wings. Bit of bubbling on nsf wing and osf wing rail. Few bubbles on bottoms of door as well. Good inner wings, boot area, arches are original. Overall not a bad looking car for its age. Perfectly useable as it is but if you wanted a show car then youd need to attend to the bubbling and a few bits of paint. 

 

Mechanics - Car starts and runs fine. Has had a bit money spent on it recently on and as a result drives as good as any. It pulls well even from cold. Good engine, 5 speed gearbox, clutch and brakes. 

 

Interior - All standard and  fairly decent. No cracks in dash. Still has original radio. Bit of wear on drivers bolster and piping. Rest of seats are good. Good headlining and door cards

 

Wheels - 13" standard pepperpots with good 205 /60 /13 tyres.
