1984 Ford Granada MK2 fitted with a 5.0 V8 from a Granada Perana. Car is a RHD Import with all tax and duty paid. Its very quick and extremely solid. Will need Motd then we will complete all the paperwork to register it in your name. The engine is from a genuine Perana car as its number starts with BG which is Basil Green who did the Perana Fords in South Africa. Its not a genuine Perana car from new

 

Body - MK2 Granada Shell. Very solid car from front to back. Never been welded and doesnt need any. Body is nice and straight and has good panel gaps. No nasty dings or dents. Paintwork has been redone at some stage and its very tidy. Few minor marks as you would expect on a car of this age but nothing major. We dont like the colouyr coded door handles, locks and bumpers but an easy fix. 

 

Interior - Again very tidy. Good seats . door cards, carpets and headlining. One crack on top of dash caused by the heat in South Africa. Centre console has been modified to accept auto box gear lever. Not the tidiest but easy fix. . Overall very good imnsiode.

 

Mechanics - 5.0 V8 Ford engine taken from a Basil Green Perana with automatic gearbox. Car starts and runs well and sounds awesome. Carb may need a slight adjustment due to the different climate as a bit of a flatspot when cold. Once warm its fine.

 

Wheels - Standard granada steels.
